Summer 2023 Graduate Mentoring in Research support available from Alaska INBRE

Graduate students can apply for salary support to mentor undergraduate students. Salary support will also be provided for an undergraduate mentee if the mentee has no other form of support. Proposals are due March 10 by 5 p.m. Alaska Time.

The late deadline for students to apply for graduation is March 1, 2023. Graduates must submit their application to Degree Services by 11:59 p.m. Graduates who have already applied or graduated who plan to participate in the commencement ceremony on May 6 must RSVP for the ceremony by April 15.

Learn to strength train before work with Nanook Recreation

SEP is a data-informed process designed to help groups identify, evaluate and modify strategies and enrollment goals. Through the work of numerous committees driven by faculty and staff, CTC identified several promising strategies to both maximize existing programs and develop new initiatives.

Giving Day starts at 10 p.m. on Feb. 21 and runs for 49 hours through 10:50 p.m. on Feb. 23. We're inviting the entire UAF community to join us in participating in UA Giving Day 2023 so all of our alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends can directly support UAF. Last year, about 750 alumni, donors and supporters took the time to give a combined $664,000 to support students and programs at UAF, and with challenges available this year, we could supersize our donations to support even more programs and research vital to the community and state.
