Why you are interested in One Health-Current and past jobs and how they may tie into One Health

What you would like to do after completing the program (This ensures that we are getting you in classes that interest you)

Past experiences that have opened your eyes to One Health or motivations for obtaining a graduate degree.

If you had a bad grade on your transcript from your past because of things going on in your life, etc. You can explain it here.
